Returns
At DoorwayLimited, we understand that even with the best intentions, sometimes a product just doesn’t work out. That’s why we accept returns on most items, with a few important guidelines:

Items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition and packaging, and include all tags, instructions, and inserts.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Items will be returned via the original shipping method (e.g., FedEx, freight).

For orders with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Any paid shipping charges on the original order, including mandatory manufacturer charges or upgraded delivery services, are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 2 weeks after the item has been received for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price (including tax) minus shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order placement. Orders canceled after shipping or processing are subject to round-trip shipping charges—even on items originally shipped for free.
Damaged & Defective Items
If an item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there is visible damage, do not accept the shipment and ensure the delivery driver notes the issue. If damage is discovered after delivery, take clear photos of both the item and its packaging immediately.
If a damaged product can be resolved with replacement parts and the customer chooses to return the entire item instead, the refund will exclude any unpaid shipping fees.
DoorwayLimited is not liable for delays to construction projects, installations, or labor costs resulting from damaged or defective products or shipping delays.
